POSITION: Chef De Partie
ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: Job description We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef De Partie, with previous experience in a busy Gastro Pub/restaurant to join our award winning team and ever expanding business. As a Chef de Partie you must be fun loving, enthusiastic, skilled and have a good understanding of fresh produce. Duties will include; • working in a team with a passion for producing high end and high quality food • leading a section • supporting senior chefs in achieving excellence • keeping kitchen records up to date • maintaining the highest Health & Safety and Hygiene Standards at all times • working closely with senior chefs to create new menus and implement them Key Skills of Chef de Partie include but not limited to • A flair with ingredients • An ability to stay calm under pressure • Strong leadership skills to encourage junior staff • Ability to carry out instructions from senior chef • Proactive attitude with a 'can do' mentality • Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems • Opportunity to bring ideas to the table, create and execute dishes for the menu • Good management and organisation skills Chef Whites aprons included Relevant Food Hygiene Knowledge & Certification Preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

POSITION: Full Time Bar & Waiting Crew
ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to serve food, drinks and contribute to giving our customers an amazing dining experience. You will be part of the front of house team and have excellent communication skills, a welcoming smile and a ‘can do’ attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team, but also have the personality that is required to make each guest feel like are special even under pressure. Responsibilities To look after the guests, take orders, serve food and drinks when required. Experience is preferred but due to the nature of the environment we have created as long as you have a willingness to learn then you will fit right in.
BENEFITS: Competative salaried positions are also available for experienced and suitable applicants. Tips can be well in excess of £400 per month.

POSITION: Cleaner
ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team. As a Cleaner your role will include: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the public areas of the Pub, working closely with other staff. You must be able to work independently and be available in the mornings. Key duties in this role will include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets, polishing wood bars, fixtures / fittings and furniture - a good eye for detail is essential in this role. We require you to work 2-3 hours per day, in the morning, the pub must be clean by 10am. We require you to work 4-5 days per week.

POSITION: Commis Chef
ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: As a Commis Chef, you will be working closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef to assist in creating high-quality dishes all while learning new techniques and skills. You will be responsible for your prep station and maintaining a clean and organized environment.. Some of the responsibilities of the role include: Assisting in the food preparation process Following instructions and preparation for recipes based on restaurant standards Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation Following health and safety and food hygiene practices Assisting other chefs when required
